This past weekend was the Waterfront Chill & Groove culinary event at the Restaurant Het Bosch located in Amsterdam. The location of the restaurant is beautiful, close to the Amsterdam Forest and by the water. The restaurant was renovated a few years ago and their Waterfront area is open on the weekends during the summer months. I attended the event on Friday with some fellow bloggers. We started the night with some nice bubbly. We were incredibly lucky with the weather as it was very pleasant to be outside till late at night.
There were two open kitchens. One with the crew from Het Bosch and the other one, ran by Julius Jaspers. Beautiful food and great live music. We finished the evening by drinking some gin tonics. A great way to spend a Friday night!

A tip for next weekend, Restaurant Het Bosch at the Waterfront is hosting the Waterfront Chill & Groove event. It is a culinary music festival not to be missed.
Their Waterfront restaurant will be transformed into a great chill-out location with two open kitchens where, besides the crew from Het Bosch, Julius Jaspers will also be cooking live! The event takes place from Friday the 26th till Sunday the 28th of June.
There are special VIP tickets for Friday, which include the entrance, 7 course menu and an open bar. The cost for Friday is 125 euros.
On Saturday and Sunday, the tickets cost 65 euros and include the 7 course menu. There is also the option to get VIP tickets for these days for 90 euros and it includes a welcome champagne glass, a 7 course menu and a private table in the VIP deck with table service.
